What’s Next?

MathRemodelEd isn’t just about making resources. It’s about spreading 3D-printing as students’ go-to and habituating them to building their own solutions.

From my research, I’ve found a strong positive correlation between students’ access to 3D-printers and their self-perceived agency in addressing social issues in their lives, which goes to validate the movement in students’ perceived self-ownership as agents of social impact.

So, where do we
take these creations?

Afterschool Programs

Partnering with my school county, I’ve created afterschool programs for elementary and middle schoolers. By introducing them to 3D-printing foundations, I’m helping cultivate students’ solution-orientedness.

School Implementation

With increasing student interest, we’re expanding. Along with afterschool programs, I’m implementing the redistribution of resources, spreading
3D-printers to reach every school and allowing
classroom 3D-printer use.
